Dear Prospective Students:
Welcome to the Rocky Mountain Baptist College school of online instruction. We hope you will benefit spiritually, be drawn closer to Christ and be better equipped for His ministry through these courses. The mission of our school is to help independent Baptist churches in the Intermountain West train men and women to serve the Lord. Our school is based in Vernal, Utah and is under the auspices of the Grace Baptist Church. Our goal is to provide quality college level Bible instruction at a minimal cost with credits that can be transferred to other Bible Colleges if need be. The instruction also includes helping students develop godly character and a biblical world view of life.
We not only want students to grow in grace and in their knowledge of the Lord, but also want them to be able to communicate the Word of God accurately and effectively to others.
The value of online instruction is that students can learn in a flexible and convenient atmosphere within an eight week period for each course. An effort will be made in all the courses to involve the student's Pastor as a resource, mentor and proctor without putting an undue burden on him. As a result, we pray each student will develop a closer walk with the Lord and a greater measure of effective service in the local church.
All students must be members of a fundamental Bible teaching church, fill out an application, and agree with the doctrinal statement and policies of the school to be accepted. All courses are $30 a semester hour plus the cost of a textbook and require the student to finish the assigned work and attain at least a "C" grade to receive credit. Anyone is welcome to audit a course at the same price. There will be no refunds for withdrawals after the first week.
